Cancellations:

If you are unable to attend your Physiotherapy session then please contact us as soon as possible.  If you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment time, we reserve the right to charge all or a percentage of the appointment cost. 

In the rare event that we are unable to keep your appointment for any reason we will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible and you will not be charged.
